K1 Games Oy End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and K1 Games Oy ("Licensor") for the mobile game software provided by K1 Games Oy. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.

License Grant:
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Game on your mobile device for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Ownership:
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game are owned by Licensor. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

Restrictions:
You may not:

a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
b. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice on or in the Game.
c. Use the Game for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Licensor.
d. Transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game to any third party.
e. Use the Game in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Game or interfere with any third-party rights.

Updates:
Licensor may provide updates or upgrades to the Game. You agree that such updates or upgrades are subject to the terms of this EULA unless additional terms accompany the updates or upgrades.

Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of the license, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law:
This EULA is governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
